“It’s no coincidence that the Top has been in business since the Rat Pack era–you can just imagine Frank and company huddling around the booths in the dining room, warmed by the fireplace light. A pianist and vocalist routinely perform jazz standards in the center of the space, serenading diners and bar conversationalists. Before ordering, tables are served a cold plate of deli pickles and unlike other steakhouses, all dinners come with salad and potatoes; large, basic side dishes like broccoli and asparagus can be ordered separately.”
